Testimonials
'Such an excellent and thought-provoking session yesterday! Thank you so much for it!' (Data Scientist and 'women in technology' advocate.'Thanks so much for your time and interesting (for that read 'challenging') questions this morning - it's left me with such a positive feeling. As I was going through my notes last night, I realised how much you have helped me uncover so many great things that have helped and will continue to help me improve my confidence. Thank you, genuinely and sincerely, for all the effort you've put into this coaching relationship. I've learned so much and feel confident (!) I can put things into practice to help me in my work.' (Late career Senior Business Analyst)'I have loved my coaching sessions with Kay. It felt easy to open up, and she has this natural ease of questioning to help delve deeper into the problem. It was invaluable to have someone summarise my thoughts and feed them back – that helped to get a clearer picture of what was making me go around in circles. The models and theory that Kay draws on create other perspectives that helped me get moving on tasks or ideas I had been stalling on. I also loved the goal setting in each session, which helped motivate me.' (Senior Sales Manager and mum of two)'Kay has been incredible with me. From the first session, Kay understood my challenges and supported me throughout my journey. I came to some sessions knowing clearly what I wanted to discuss, and Kay had all the tools to help me. In other sessions, I had no idea what next steps I could take, and again, Kay was able to think on her feet and quickly put a session plan in place, providing me with numerous options I could choose from. By the end of the 12 weeks, I was like a different person - much more aware of myself and able to use my new knowledge to help others. Kay has helped and taught me so much; now, it’s up to me to maintain what I have learnt.' (Project Manager and mum of three)
